I am so annoyed right now. So I drew something peaceful to try and make me feel better. Didn't work.
Little Sky Herder landscape painting. Trees are very rare in their world, so the majority of the landscape consists of mountains and highland deserts, populated mainly by grasses, lichens, scrub plants, and weird rock formations. Also, there's no real clouds, which has been interesting to work with, since clouds are usually an easy way to set up compositions. But for Sky Herder, the sky is just kind of big and empty almost all of the time. Which, I'm not sure why I did that to myself because two of my least favorite things are big, barren desert landscapes with no trees, and cloudless skies- both of which feature prominently in this project.
