So our assignment in my painting class yesterday was to do arbitrary color work. And man, I had forgotten how much I love doing those! It's been a long time since I've done any arbitrary whatnot, and doing it yesterday made me remember how much I enjoyed it- so I decided to do a little color sketch in said style. :> It's actually a sketch of my OC Kien (who doesn't get near enough face time with you guys) who's currently going through a bit of a design overhaul. Though I think I've about landed on a final design for him (for now) and it's pretty much about like this. He got a new haircut that I've been having a lot of fun drawing and there's a different tattoo on his other hand as well.

So yeah, fun fun color practice. Enjoy!

Only sometimes. XD He's actually very friendly most of the time, but he's super short tempered and gets really mean pretty easily. Anger management kid basically. XD

oh.... i love these colors! they remind me of a Perfect Summer rain and then the clouds part and the sun comes over the wet and puddlly land while a few drops are still falling... <3
